Desktop Support Assistant - Library Systems

Description of Duties

The Desktop Support Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting Library Systems staff in troubleshooting issues with PC hardware and software. He/she should be familiar with Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems and proficient in the Microsoft Office 2016 suite. The ideal candidate will be proactive in problem-solving and able to provide customer support for a large number of staff and students. He/she will be willing to learn new software and PC imaging techniques.

Salary & Benefits

$15,000 annually and tuition remission with standard benefits associated with an LSU graduate assistantship including tuition remission.

Application Information
