Facilitates cross-functional teams in the development, management, and successful completion of digital initiatives throughout the project lifeyle. Schedules and oversees LSU Libraries' software development projects. Manages the Libraries entire digital portfolio including assessing projects and services impact and use through metrics and reporting. Monitors trends within the library environment and communicates with other Libraries departments and individuals about innovations and improvements to tools and interfaces. Identifies and creates links between Libraries digital systems and services and the overall mission to support teaching, learning and research at LSU; Develops relevant documentation and training.
