Meeting Space Policies and Reservations
The Hill Memorial Library lecture hall is available to University units and groups for meetings, classes, and events of less than 100 people. The room will seat up to 100 people lecture style. It can also be configured for smaller groups and classes. Requests to use the lecture hall must be submitted in advance to the Hill Facilities Manager using our Reservation Form. Library facilities are generally not made available to groups without a University affiliation except for events co-sponsored by the LSU Libraries. Events scheduled by University units and groups must begin and end during Hill Memorial Library's regular hours. The lecture hall is equipped with a podium, microphone, projection screen, tables, and chairs. The library can provide a computer and projector for an additional fee. Additional technology needs may be obtained from Multimedia Classroom Support.
- To check if your event date is available, please call or email Facilities Manager, James Abbott 225-578-6548; email@example.com.
- To submit a reservation request, please fill out the Reservation Form and submit via email. We ask that you submit your request as early as possible, with at least two weeks advanced notice.
