LSU Libraries allows advertising and promotional materials only for communications sponsored by LSU entities. These communications may be displayed in Libraries buildings or on Libraries digital screens if they meet established guidelines and are approved by the Director of Communications. LSU Libraries does not permit advertising or promotional materials from non-LSU or external organizations in Libraries buildings or on Libraries digital screens. This includes businesses and organizations not affiliated with LSU. Any exceptions must be approved on a case-by-case basis by the director of communications.

If you would like to schedule a class session in classrooms 232 or 230E in LSU Library, please submit this form to the Registrar's Office: LSU Registrar Classroom Reservation Form (https://www.lsu.edu/registrar/student-services/classroom-reservation-fo…) . If you are scheduling a session on short notice, please contact the Registrar's Office directly at classroomresv@lsu.edu (mailto:classroomresv@lsu.edu) . Because the Registrar's Office assigns these rooms as meeting places for semester-long courses, the library cannot reserve these rooms for anyone on a short-term basis.

How can I find out the salary of an LSU Employee or review LSU's operating budget?

LSU Library keeps copies of the most recent budget and salary information at the checkout desk in room 241. Employee salary information is held as reserve item number RX1, budget information as reserve item number RX2. Please note that non-LSU, grant-funded positions (soft money) data is not available through these budgets. In order to checkout either item, current LSU faculty, staff, and students should present their TigerCard. Non-affiliates will be asked to leave a photo ID at the checkout desk while they use the item in-house.
