A trademark (https://www.uspto.gov/trademarks/basics) can be any word, phrase, symbol, design, or a combination of these things that identifies your goods or services. You can learn the status of your ILL request by logging into your interlibrary loan account. The homescreen shows your Outstanding Requests with the Status on the right. Click "What does my Status mean?" to see the definition of your status.
