If you are having trouble with a laptop that you borrowed from the library, you will need to return it as soon as possible. We will need to send it to ITS so that they can evaluate the device. ITS does not recommend using physically damaged laptops as they are unstable. They may malfunction and prevent you from accessing your files or doing required coursework.
