Friends of the LSU Libraries Book Bazaar Returns April 10–12, 2025

a woman smiles while clutching a stack of books to her chestBATON ROUGE – The highly anticipated Friends of the LSU Libraries Book Bazaar returns Thursday–Saturday, April 10–12, 2025, offering book lovers the chance to browse thousands of new and used books, plus CDs, DVDs, and vinyl records. Shoppers can enjoy fresh selections each day, making every visit a new opportunity to discover hidden gems.

This year’s sale features a remarkable collection of rare and collectible books, including works on art, architecture, military history, the Civil War, Louisiana, and the South, as well as a stunning selection of vintage books dating back to the 1800s. A wide array of cookbooks, including beloved regional favorites, will also be available.

Founded in 1962, Friends of the LSU Libraries provides financial support to LSU Libraries. The 2025 Book Bazaar is sponsored by Frost-Barber of Louisiana, LLC, and Kean's Fine Dry Cleaning, with all proceeds benefiting LSU Libraries.

 

DATES: Thursday-Saturday, April 10-12, 2025

  • April 10 - 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • April 11 - 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • April 12 - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
