LSU Library keeps copies of the most recent budget and salary information at the checkout desk in room 241. Employee salary information is held as reserve item number RX1, budget information as reserve item number RX2. Please note that non-LSU, grant-funded positions (soft money) data is not available through these budgets. In order to checkout either item, current LSU faculty, staff, and students should present their TigerCard. Non-affiliates will be asked to leave a photo ID at the checkout desk while they use the item in-house.

You'll want to check to see if the interview is in the Louisiana Digital Library. If it is not on the LDL, and is cataloged and available, then please follow the procedures outlined via LSU Libraries Special Collections Public Services. Be sure to have the collection number, tape number, and the name of the interviewee handy to fill out the form. Please note-these copy requests are not processed by Williams Center personnel but through Public Services, as indicated in the above procedures. The interview will be sent to you as PDF or a MP3.

We accept cash and TigerCash at the checkout desk. You can also pay online with a credit card by logging in to your library account. Students who are continuing their enrollment in a subsequent semester can wait until the beginning of that semester and pay the fine when they pay their fee bill.
