If you would like to schedule a class session in classrooms 232 or 230E in LSU Library, please submit this form to the Registrar's Office: LSU Registrar Classroom Reservation Form (https://www.lsu.edu/registrar/student-services/classroom-reservation-fo…) . If you are scheduling a session on short notice, please contact the Registrar's Office directly at classroomresv@lsu.edu (mailto:classroomresv@lsu.edu) . Because the Registrar's Office assigns these rooms as meeting places for semester-long courses, the library cannot reserve these rooms for anyone on a short-term basis.

LSU Library keeps copies of the most recent budget and salary information at the checkout desk in room 241. Employee salary information is held as reserve item number RX1, budget information as reserve item number RX2. Please note that non-LSU, grant-funded positions (soft money) data is not available through these budgets. In order to checkout either item, current LSU faculty, staff, and students should present their TigerCard. Non-affiliates will be asked to leave a photo ID at the checkout desk while they use the item in-house.

If the flyer promotes an event sponsored by an LSU-affiliated organization, it can be left at the LSU Library's front desk in the first-floor lobby. The library is unable to display promotional materials for events or services not sponsored by LSU.

You'll want to check to see if the interview is in the Louisiana Digital Library. If it is not on the LDL, and is cataloged and available, then please follow the procedures outlined via LSU Libraries Special Collections Public Services. Be sure to have the collection number, tape number, and the name of the interviewee handy to fill out the form. Please note-these copy requests are not processed by Williams Center personnel but through Public Services, as indicated in the above procedures. The interview will be sent to you as PDF or a MP3.
