Please join us at Jones Creek Regional Branch Library of the East Baton Rouge Parish Library System on August 22, 2012 at 6:30 PM for a presentation on the Digitizing Louisiana Newspapers Project and Chronicling America. As part of this presentation project manager Laura Charney will demonstate how to search historical newspapers using Chronicling America's advanced search feature, offer some advice on using historical newspapers in research, and answer questions regarding these newspapers and the Digitizing Louisiana Newspapers Project.
