The September Issue

The new LSU Libraries Film Series is set to have its first film showing on Wednesday, January 23rd, at 2:00 PM.  This event will be in the Hill Memorial Library Lecture Hall, and admission is free of charge.  The first film, The September Issue, focuses on the production of the September 2007 issue of Vogue magazine by editor-in-chief Anna Wintour and her staff, touching on the world of contemporary fashion and the collaborative process in journalism.  The film will have a brief introduction by a guest scholar, and there will also be refreshments.  Please come join us and help make the inaugural event in the LSU Libraries Film Series a success.
