Each year, all of the presentations given at the Music Library Association Chapter meetings are evaluated and two are chosen to be presented at the national meeting. Dr. Kuyper-Rushing will present "Eugène Bozza and the Creation of a Thematic Index" at the 2013 National Music Library Association Conference on March 1, 2013 in San Jose, CA.

Lois is the Head of the LSU Libraries Carter Music Resources. She spent her Spring 2011 sabbatical researching French composer  Eugène Bozza's (1905 - 1991) work, traveling to France to the library holding his manuscripts. Her book, a thematic catalog of the works of Eugène Bozza, will be co-published in the near future by A-R Editions and the Music Library Association.

Congratulations, Lois!
