British Voices from South Asia

The Williams Center for Oral History announces that the “British Voices from South Asia,” is now fully processed, cataloged and available for public access.  Please visit the Williams Center blog today to learn more about this collection donated by folklorists Frank DeCaro and Rosan Jordan who interviewed former British colonists stationed in India during the early 20th century.

The blog post also links you to an online exhibition that includes interviews from the collection and the Spring 2013 issue of the SAA Newsletter featuring a piece that Erin Hess wrote about the series.   http://oralhistory.blogs.lib.lsu.edu/.
