Coverage of JSTOR titles triples

squarejstorLSU Libraries’ JSTOR titles have tripled this fall, with access to six additional collections. LSU students, faculty and staff now have access to Arts & Sciences VI, Arts & Sciences VIII, Arts & Sciences IX, Arts & Sciences X, Arts & Sciences XI, and The Ireland Collection, increasing the total access to more than 1800 unique journal titles. The coverage represents a variety of subject matters across disciplines. The new collections are additional to Arts & Sciences Collections I-V; VII; Life Sciences Collection; University of California Press Collection; and University of Chicago Press Collection.

JSTOR provides full-text access to the archives, going back to the first issues published, of core scholarly journals in the arts, humanities, social sciences and sciences.

LSU faculty, staff, and students can access JSTOR journal articles through the LSU Libraries website by using the Discovery search or by linking directly to the JSTOR database through the Libraries' authenticating link.

The LSU Libraries includes the LSU Library and the adjacent Hill Memorial Library. Together, the libraries contain more than 4 million volumes and provide additional resources such as expert staff, technology, services, electronic resources, and facilities that advance research, teaching, and learning across every discipline.
