LSU Libraries welcomes Clint Bordelon

Clint Bordelon Headshot Clint Bordelon has joined LSU Libraries’ professional staff as the Facilities Coordinator for Middleton Library, bringing with him IT and operational experience in facilities and experience with graduate-level research. Before coming to Middleton Library, Bordelon completed an academic internship at the Wesley Foundation at LSU supporting their operational needs, and he has also worked in other LSU facilities and at Southern Methodist University. His position at Middleton Library includes ensuring that lighting, HVAC, and other physical plant items are in good condition. He also coordinates property inventory and manages the LSU Libraries’ vehicle.

Bordelon is excited to strengthen his relationships with his colleagues and people he has had the opportunity to meet at LSU over the years. Professionally, he is excited to do incredible work at Middleton Library. “I hope to use my abilities to think beyond, channeling this energy and talent to improve our facilities and extending access to excellence.”

Bordelon is a Louisiana native, originally from Denham Springs. He considers himself a cinephile and an audiophile with a love for reading, learning new things, spending quality time with his friends, and enjoying the LSU’s campus on a sunny day.

The LSU Libraries includes the LSU Library and the adjacent Hill Memorial Library. Together, the libraries contain more than 4 million volumes and provide additional resources such as expert staff, technology, services, electronic resources, and facilities that advance research, teaching, and learning across every discipline.
