Video: LSU Libraries Special Collections is Restoring a 19th-Century Mardi Gras Scrapbook

Video: a Mardi Gras scrapbook originally put together in the 1800s is being restored by LSU Libraries to preserve part of Louisiana’s cultural heritage. You can also view the digitized images of the scrapbook on the Louisiana Digital Library.

The LSU Libraries includes the LSU Library and the adjacent Hill Memorial Library. Together, the libraries contain more than 4 million volumes and provide additional resources such as expert staff, technology, services, electronic resources, and facilities that advance research, teaching, and learning across every discipline.
