WRKF: New podcast from LSU Libraries highlights untold stories of Louisiana Veterans
Jen Cramer, director of LSU Libraries' T. Harry Williams Center for Oral History, was interviewed by NPR/WRKF about the Williams Center's recent partnership with the Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs to unveil a limited-episode podcast. The series, Oral History and the Louisiana Veterans Experience, aims to uncover untold narratives of individuals who served in the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Cold War, and the Persian Gulf Wars.
The LSU Libraries includes the LSU Library and the adjacent Hill Memorial Library. Together, the libraries contain more than 4 million volumes and provide additional resources such as expert staff, technology, services, electronic resources, and facilities that advance research, teaching, and learning across every discipline.
