Shipping company which operated along the Mississippi River, with ports in New Orleans and Vicksburg, Mississippi. It shipped cotton to the Madisonville, Mississippi, merchants Mr. Lockhart, Mr Fearn, and Mr. Donegan. Letter to Lockhart, Fearn, and Donegan denies responsibility for water damage to bales of cotton the company took aboard its ship Vicksburg.
