This is a receipt dated June 18, 1846 stating that the remainder of money due from John Ruggles for one quarter of the sale of real estate of the late Reverend Benjamin Wadsworth, $315.29, has been received by H. B. Hackett. The receipt also states that one fourth of all rent from said real estate has been received except from William Perley and Nelson Gardner, and that Mr. Hackett is due one quarter of said rents if they are ever collected.
