Other items include a cabinet photograph of Joseph "Uncle Joe" Israel, Sr. (1892) and an issue of the WEEKLY HERALD, published by the Bethel African Methodist Church of Baton Rouge, which contains the obituary of Joseph Israel (Jan. 26, 1901).
