Stille and Yarbrough, Ltd. Records, 1900-1937. 0.3 linear ft., 76 volumes. Location: A:67, P:6-10. Cotton factors and merchants of Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana. Records consist of business letters, bills for merchandise, inventories of stock, and account books. Journals provide a daily record of purchases and customers. Ledgers contain detailed statements of accounts with various customers. Account books also contain inventory records and double-entry accounting. Other papers relate to oil leases (1916) and to World War I, including a reference contributions made by African Americans to the Red Cross (June 5, 1918).
