Hand painted, manuscript copy of original map and deed of land grant (1807) to Lancelot Pearson, attested to in a note by Barthelemy Lafon, Deputy Surveyor. Hand-written note signed by Lafon on 18 Feb. 1818, shows transfer of property to Nicolas Reggio, such transfer recorded in Register H. Book 8 and signed by H.B. Cenas, Register.
