Trussell, Jacob, 1779-1871. Papers, 1835-1839. 7 items. Location: Misc. Jacob Trussell was a sawmill owner, prominent Mason, and leading citizen of Canaan, N.H. This collection of papers accumulated by Jacob Trussell documents his role as chairman of a superintending committee chosen by the town of Canaan, N.H., to remove the Noyes Academy in August-September 1835. Mss. 3922.
