Willis, was an attorney of Port Gibson, Claiborne County, Mississippi. Military papers consist of a letter regarding Willis' command and a general order by Louisiana Governor William C. C. Claiborne. Other papers include personal letters, a broadside of resolutions of the Concordia Police Jury, and an advertisement bill.
