On your account, look on the left menu under "View Your Requests," then click "Articles Received." The article will remain on your account for 30 days. There are a lot of reasons you are having access problems. We generally recommend trying the following four steps:
- Make sure you are using the internet browser Chrome or Firefox
- Clear your cookies and cache
- Restart your computer

Reply to the email notification you received from Interlibrary Loan. You can also email (http://libilb@lsu.edu) or call 578-2138. Inform ILL staff of the missing pages, and they will rescan the article (if scanned locally) or we will contact the lending library and request another scan. Answered by: Jacob Fontenot

You can learn the status of your ILL request by logging into your interlibrary loan account. The homescreen shows your Outstanding Requests with the Status on the right. Click "What does my Status mean?" to see the definition of your status. The most common status, "Request Sent" means we have sent your request to other libraries who are currently attempting to fill it. Answered by: Jacob Fontenot

To access LSU Libraries' digital resources and databases, AgCenter employees must now log in to MyLSU using their AgCenter email and password. Please refer to the steps listed below.
- Visit https://my.lsu.edu/ (https://my.lsu.edu/)
- Log in with your AgCenter credentials (ex. janedoe@agcenter.lsu.edu (mailto:janedoe@agcenter.lsu.edu) plus password)
- Finally, click Library Resources in the left margin. Please note that your @lsu.edu email no longer grants access to the librarys digital resources for AgCenter employees.
