- Restart your computer

Reply to the email notification you received from Interlibrary Loan. You can also email (http://libilb@lsu.edu) or call 578-2138. You can learn the status of your ILL request by logging into your interlibrary loan account. The homescreen shows your Outstanding Requests with the Status on the right. Click "What does my Status mean?" to see the definition of your status. The most common status, "Request Sent" means we have sent your request to other libraries who are currently attempting to fill it. Answered by: Jacob Fontenot

To access LSU Libraries' digital resources and databases, AgCenter employees must now log in to MyLSU using their AgCenter email and password. Please refer to the steps listed below.
- Visit https://my.lsu.edu/ (https://my.lsu.edu/)
- Log in with your AgCenter credentials (ex. janedoe@agcenter.lsu.edu (mailto:janedoe@agcenter.lsu.edu) plus password)
- Finally, click Library Resources in the left margin. Please note that your @lsu.edu email no longer grants access to the librarys digital resources for AgCenter employees. One renewal (loan extension) is allowed per request, unless "NO RENEWALS ALLOWED" is printed on the book band. Approval and length of the extension is up to the lending library. Renewals are usually granted for 2-4 weeks. Renewal requests can be made starting 10 days before due date and cannot be requested after the due date has passed. If the due date has passed and you still need the item, place a new request and we will get the item from another library. Return the overdue item ASAP. To request a renewal:
- Logon to your ILL (https://www.lib.lsu.edu/services/ill) account.
- Under "View Your Requests" click Checked Out /Renew.
- Click on the transaction number (TN) of the item you want to renew.
- If the item is eligible for renewal (within 10 days of the due date) click the Renew Request link in red, your new due date is a 3-day extension of the original due date. If the lender grants a full extension (usually 2-4 weeks), you will receive a notification with a new due date. Answered by: Jacob Fontenot
