Please see the answers to your questions below about features in EBSCO's MyEBSCO folder. On the left of each article, there are words like "export", "cite", and "notes".
- These features allow you to manage the contents of the folder. For example, if you want to export the citation to a citation management (https://guides.lib.lsu.edu/c.php?g=279388&p=1862193) tool like Endnote or Zotero, you can do that. Or if you want to make notes about the citation and come back to them at a later date, the note for that citation will still be there. - As long as you are logged into the MyEBSCOhost platform, the citations will stay there until you remove them. How do I delete an article from my folder if it is not relevant?
- To remove result(s) from your personalized folder, select the result by clicking on the appropriate check box, then click the Delete Items link. Physical items like books take about 1-2 weeks to arrive. Articles and book chapters arrive in about 1-2 days, and often within hours. Uncommon and international items will take longer to arrive. Place your requests as far in advance of your deadline as possible. Answered by: Jacob Fontenot

LSU Libraries offers a limited pickup service for ILL materials for faculty and staff. When an accessibility issue prevents you from returning the material on time, reply to our due soon or overdue notification or email libill@lsu.edu (mailto:libill@lsu.edu) . Submit your request to our interlibrary loan department. Submitting a request through OCLC to our library (OCLC code: LUU), or email (http://libill@lsu.edu) our interlibrary loan staff directly. The ILL staff will evaluate your request for eligibility. We accept payment via credit card, IFLA vouchers, and OCLC IFM. Answered by: Jacob Fontenot

Current LSU faculty, staff, and students should present their TigerCard at the time of checkout. Public patrons should use their designated public patron card, usually their driver's license or state-issued ID. Search Discovery for the title of the government document, which may provide a link to ERIC. If found and the ERIC number begins with ED, download it and provide the PDF and end the chat. If not found, send the patron this message: For federal and state government documents, LSU Libraries will scan microfilm and microfiche up to 50 pages, at no cost. The library will review the request for copyright compliance prior to providing. Please allow 2-3 business days for the scan. When borrowing materials from LSU Library, there are no costs or fees applied to any patron's account at the time of checkout. When items are not returned on time, overdue and lost fines can begin to accrue. Please keep track of your library due dates and make sure you review the borrowing policies below. The library does buy some popular fiction books, usually those deemed "essential" by GOBI, has won a prestigious prize, or is highly praised by the Times Literary Supplement or the NYT. Because we are an academic library, the books are shelved according to the Library of Congress classifcation scheme, meaning there is no one section for popular fiction books. Our PrepSTEP (https://libezp.lib.lsu.edu/login?url=http://www.learningexpresslibrary3…) (formerly known as Learning Express Library) database is probably our best resource for this, though you may want to check with the agencies to ensure the materials are up to date. These materials are generally under the career preparation section on the PrepSTEP homepage. East Baton Rouge Public Library (https://www.ebrpl.com/) also has Learning Express 3.0 that has state test prep material if you have a current EBRPL card. Answered by: Electronic Resources
