Robinson worked for the Central Pacific and Mexican International railroads after the war. Papers chiefly relate to Robinson's military career, including legal documents and letters concerning the investigation of his order to shoot two soldiers for refusal to obey orders (1864). Includes newspapers from the Newllano colony and the People's Industrial System newsletter, PINS, both of which Guy Rogers edited and printed, newspaper clippings concerning socialist politics and speeches, and essays relating to the People's Industrial System.
