Reuben Babcock Henderson (1820-1911) of Rock Stream, New York was a farmer before becoming a justice of the peace and later a postmaster during the term of President Grover Cleveland. This is a mortgage bond, dated October 5, 1850, between Solomon Jones Tunnicliff of Starkey, Yates County, New York, and Joseph Tunnicliff of Reading, Schuyler County, New York granting Joseph Tunnicliff the property of Solomon Jones Tunnicliff in Starkey in exchange for one thousand nine hundred dollars. The document was signed in the presence of Reuben Babcock Henderson, justice of the State of New York. Mss. 822.

She was a doctor who practiced electro-therapeutic gynecology at the Brooklyn Post Graduate School of Clinical Electro-Therapeutics of Brooklyn, New York. This is a subpoena from attorney Edward J. Kramer dated October 1, 1900 commanding Fannie W. Oakey of Brooklyn to appear before the Honorable William J. Maynor at the County Court House in the borough of Queens on October 2, 1900 in a case involving plaintiff Adelina Grimaldi and defendant George Michaels. Mss. 822.

Peter Hall (1751-1842), son of Henry Hall (1712-1785) and Joanna Sargent Hall (1715-1793), was born in Chester, Rockingham, New Hampshire on June 9, 1751 and was a member of the Presbyterian parish church in Chester. This is two copies of a letter dated June 25, 1850 from Abel G. Quigg concerning the succession of Peter Hall of Chester, Rockingham, New Hampshire. Mr. Quigg was chairman of a committee tasked with granting Henry Hall his share of real estate previously owned by the late Peter Hall. Mss. 822.
